While nursing a cold flu over the last few days, I've had time to think about things that I don't normally take time to think about. A lot of the thoughts start out, I shoulda, coulda, woulda, if only, why don't I, I need to and so on. So, I've decided to take on myself as a project. As odd as that may sound, that is how my mind works so I'll run with it. I'm going to start on a list of 365 things that I WILL do. I'm going to print that list, cut each item into a strip of paper, and fold them all up and then put them in a CHANGE box. The kind of change I'm talking about isn't worth, pennies, dimes or nickles but is worth the quality of my life in ways that can't be measured. Every day I will pull one of these changes out of the box and whether big or small, on that day and going forward, I will adopt the change to turn it into a habit. Some of the things I know of will be very big things and really difficult to stick to, others are small but important ingredients of a happy and successful life.
I'm actually looking forward to this journey!
Now to get on with my list making.
