He pointed out that to the cops on the ground he had his back turned enough to both of them so that his reaching down and towards his left jacket pocket would have been assumed to be hostile. From watching this it looked like the back window was being shot out. His family believes he exited the vehicle to draw the fire away from the other people in the video.
Like I said to Wanda. I wish we could view some unedited ground footage.

The ambush was not the right way to go about this. I'm not sure what would have been a better way but no one needed to die. I can't believe they didn't foresee this as a possible set up.
