Is the terrorist threat mainly coming from Muslim groups on their own, or are the PTB pulling the strings to foward agendas such as increased control over the citizens, enrichment of the MIC and central banking, and the Balkanization of the US?

The PTB set things in motion. They instigate, fund, train...then don'tcha know, we've got a new enemy. They reap many benefits from doing so.

Look at your history. Islam has fought for a caliphate from their inception. I believe there are factors working in conjunction with the PTB who ever they are, but we can't take away the fact that they are fulfilling their own desires.
