SO today the movers showed up and decided this job is too big for them and didn't move a thing.... unbelievable...... while my realtor who is in Las Vegas, title company, attorney, loan companies, roofers and practically anyone who ever got involved in this deal had to be dealt with to once again pull it together with a straw and a needle! Ends up we are buying the buyer a new roof (grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr) putting a bunch of money in escrow with a hot Fannie Freddy loan company breathing down our necks the whole time.. while we still wait for pay offs and with a projected close for TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????????????
I have Sutton movers coming at 2 - to give me an estimate and so far they say they can move me Wednesday. The new owner has to move in Wednesday night so his tenant can move in Thursday. Will this happen??? ONLY GOD KNOWS - my exhaustion quota is larger than I thought -- I stumble around like a zombie handling dozens of calls - packing, wrapping and so on. Every thing I get done is a money saver so I continue on -- -there's a silver lining somewhere to this cloud!
