HIGH TEMPERATURE EYE ROUND. I've used this recipe on a variety of meats with great success! My only regret is that I learned how to do this well into my `60's!! Since learning, I've made one roast ever

Don't think I did it right...........I wanted the entire recipe to appear on that page? I don't know. I think I lost some brain cells overnight and I'm confused about practically about everything.

YOU attached a link to where you originally posted it and I can click on it and it takes me to it. An attachment does that.

If you wanted the whole thing to appear here you would have to copy paste it all in again. There is no other way. But this works fine so I wouldn't worry about it...
