Can the parents now sue the CPS workers for child abuse and also get that Doctor's license removed and sue him for everything he has?

Well, the parents were testing positive for marijuana and for cocaine. Looks like they asked for their child to be taken away in the first place. It's horrible that this happened to the child, but the parents need to clean up their act, first.

Then perhaps a better way would be to get help for the parents to change their ways while still allowing the child to be with them. It was obvious from pictures of the child before and now...that their drug use was not an issue in how they treated their daughter.
