How David Cole Withrow an 18 Yr Old Eagle Scout Earned a Felony Charge for Trying to do the Right Thing

David Cole Withrow is a young man and Eagle Scout who tried to do the right thing by calling his mother to come get the gun he forgot that he left in his car when he arrived at school. He has been arrested for a federal crime after someone heard the call and contacted the authorities. He is 18 so this charge is not one to ever leave his life's record if convicted.

So much for trying to do the right thing.
