Dear Merciful and Loving God,
We turn to you tonight with our burden of the hate and greed that caused so much loss, pain and suffering on two occasions which tomorrow's date will mark.
We are faced with the possibly that there may be those who are inspired by past incidents and that they may be conspiring against us for another attack tomorrow.
We put our sadness at your feet.
We put our fears in your hands.
We lay our heads on your chest and listen to the heart beat of love.
We stare into the light of truth coming from your eyes.
We are shielded by the halo that eminates from above your head.
In all things we trust in you our God to hold us close to you no matter what evil in this world exists.
We ask that you bless us with peace, spare us with mercy, and protect us with love and truth.
Please let those who suffered and died know that we have not forgotten them and will always seek justice in prayer and action for those who are responsible.
Let no evil find a place to hide and let no evil find success in its plot against us.
We go with you now God and always seek to be your obedient children.
Let us be focused on Heaven tonight and on 911.
