Ginger Green Juice

Ginger Green Juice

Serves 1, 10 ounce juice


Ingredients:


  • ¾ inch ginger root, peeled
  • 4 stalks kale
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 stalk celery
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • 2 carrots
  • ½ green apple

Juice all ingredients in a juicer and strain extra pulp if desired. If you are using a blender, add all ingredients to the blender and ½ cup water. Blend until smooth and use a cheesecloth bag or nut milk bag for straining.
