All those greenies are hypocrites. (Except maybe for Ed Begley, Junior. He lives it and puts out ideas that, he really thinks, will help others live it. Some of it is actually helpful emergency planning.
Hi Terry - thanks - I haven't thought of Ed in a long time. You've made me want to look him up to see what he has come up with. I have been an environmentalist since I was 15 but hopefully not the hypocritical kind - I'm realistic. There are measures we can and should take as a society - and persona...
Hi Terry - thanks - I haven't thought of Ed in a long time. You've made me want to look him up to see what he has come up with. I have been an environmentalist since I was 15 but hopefully not the hypocritical kind - I'm realistic. There are measures we can and should take as a society - and personally, but I know the difference between agendas and reality.
When my wife was alive, we watched the Home and Garden TV channel a lot. We watched a show titled "Living With Ed." Ed Begley married a non-environmentalist, and you got both sides of the question of how to "live simply so the wildlife can simply live," as he put it.

Did he go overboard? I thought so. But was he sincere? Yes. More so than Al Gore and Leonardo di Caprio.
In 2009 came the Fifteenth Conference of Parties. But in that year I broke the Climate-gate issue wide-open. My article got thirty-five thousand page views in twenty-four hours. And it had links to the original archive of e-mails. But then they held the Fifteenth Conference of Parties, and the hypocrisy was breathtaking. 140 business jets! 1200 chauffeured limos--I mean they rented out every chauffeured limo on the entire continent!
And I remember thinking: if Ed Begley were running that conference, he would never have let them get away with that.
Now that you mention it, I vaguely remember that show. I don't care if someone goes overboard if they are so deeply convicted that they live up to their own beliefs. It is the others, like Gore UGH, and Di Caprio who bug me to no end. OMG was that you who broke that out in 09? I remember that incide...

I was also already posting on the Gorebull before that so I was watching the issue. Was that when Pelosi flew to - I think it was India - and a bunch of countries told the USA to take their global warming and shove it? Is your article still up? I'd love to post it (or you post it) in our Green Truths VS Green Lies group here - a link at least. I am just as determined to save us from the agenda as I am to protect the earth as best as we can.
