A Christian baker's refusal to make a gay wedding cake landed him in trouble with the law. Now, he faces "compliance" requirements that threaten the First Amendment.
I can only comment on one issue unless I know what a 'same sex wedding cake' is.
He should have made the cake but when asked to put a same sex couple on the top, he should have just said he didn't have any. Unless of course, he was just against selling a cake to two gay people.

Bottom line for me is he should sell to everyone but he doesn't have to decorate with the buyers specs. I mean suppose they wanted a dildo on the top of the cake?

Our good old days are much more like our parent's good old days than this generation's will be like ours! I am glad I was born when the world was someplace I could count on to be what I thought it was.
