Federal Government Spending Under Clinton Bush and Obama

Spending is ok when you can justify the expenditures. But in 0bama's case, I have no idea where the money went.

I remember 0bama's plan to spend, nationwide, on our infrastructure. This did not take place on any kind of widespread scale. It was sporadic at best.
