I don't know. I haven't had the nerve to eat them yet. I use walnuts.

Walnuts sound good too! I think pecans or cashews might also be some that would add to it.

I like pine nuts--they're seeds from certain pine cones, so they have a faint resin flavor. They'll go good with the olives and capers. They're used a lot in Middle Eastern cooking.

Hey cool. My town is called 'the pine tree capital of the world' so I don't have to go far to get pine nuts.
