They had an AQUASANA for sale on QVC last night. It was 96% instead of 99% and the filters cost $49.00 for 6 months. The machine was a little over $100.00. I didn't buy it because I thought there was a better one out there.

I have a Berkey a little smaller than this one ( http://www.amazon.com/Roy... ) with plain ceramic filters. I bought it smaller to be more portable in the event I might have to move suddenly. Mine gets the job done but you asked which one was the best.

thanks I guess I need one I have a fridge full of frozen jugs of water in the garage ... canned goods and a solar generator several sherrifs live near us on our street its a small enclave of homes on water gated all big houses for families i dont do guns
