Insane!! And this is in addition to the cost of housing their sorry asses! Has this country lost its' collective mind? We throw money away like it's toilet paper which wouldn't be so bad but we have people who have no jobs, have lost their homes, cars and families. And they continue to do without day after day after day!! But if you're in jail, that's a different story.
