I don't know if I understand this - does it mean light isn't as bright as God or ??? The bible says God is light.

The only degrees of Light that you or I can know are RELATIVE. God is ABSOLUTE Light and that is unimaginable and really inconceivable by anything in His Creation. So that any Light within Creation is a mere shadow of God.
