Barney Frank: Obamacare Was A Lie

The writing was on the wall.  All you had to do was look at what the administration was putting forth to KNOW that it wasn't going to work and it will never work!  Now look at where we are.  We have doctors who have given up their private practices, their offices and staffs for absolutely nothing.  For a cruel joke played upon America by a dude who crawled out of the jungles in Africa.
