I'm telling you honestly this may put an end to all I am trying to do if passed. No matter what they do - you can expect: fewer online shops which means less choices, to pay taxes on every purchase of anything whether a download or a product depending on the state's tax codes, higher prices across the board to help shops cover the time to collect, report and pay on average 50 different tax structures, depending on counties, per STATE! Who can keep up with this other than the humongous stores? And more than that previously the Supreme Court found catalog sales taxes were unconstitutional  what is the difference?

I think it tells us a lot when E-bay is against it and Amazon is for it.

Yes it does! Originally Amazon was also against it BUT because they are already a mega store set up with employees and a system to handle this or in other ways  are close to what they would need, they changed their position. Currently, they say stores under a certain dollar amount wouldn't be affect...
