Today, on the third day of adding 63 new things to my life to make it better, I added taking natural organic noni every day. Noni was one of the original Hawaiian canoe plants and out of the about two dozen plants the ancient Hawaiians took to the islands, it was the only one brought strictly for medicinal purposes.

Noni has a reputation for healing and curing many issues. The thing I hope it helps me the most with is pain. It is also a very high anti-oxident food and adding that to my diet should help improve overall general health.
I knew about Noni for a long time after learning and teaching the history of the plant while doing eco-tours in Hawaii. When I needed something for an oncoming infection a few years ago, I had the opportunity to meet the representative of a Noni farm selling a fruit leather, so I tried it. It worked almost miraculously compared to the results I previously had using anti-biotics.
Since then, I depend on it to stave off infections and now that I will be taking it every day, I look forward to better health, less pain and more vitality.
The various parts of the noni plant were and even today still are used wide spread throughout Polynesia. Only today are we rediscovering there was a reason it was a primary medicine and cure all for a vast array of different injuries and ailments.
