This is a call for all intelligent life to leave California. A current proposal would charge more per unit of electricity used by solar users completely offsetting their savings by doing so. Way to go California. Promote Solar and then punish the users instead of rewarding them. Where is the incentive for using soar going to come from in the future?
Oh I know, it must be that from now on people will install solar strictly from the desire to help the environment.
