I'm still not ready to completely formulate my thoughts into words about this but I want to share it anyway.


I think the date on this is Sept 14, 2014 but it isn't clear on the article which says, "Today is the annual Muslim Day Parade" and mentions that it is always near September 11th. Below is a picture posted by Pamela Geller from a group of pictures published at the link below.


I'm trying to imagine any other hate group parading with any other effigy.


No, it wouldn't happen. Would it? WHY is this allowed?


Who condones this as free speech? It is much more than that.

this is a march of shame not only for them but also for the rest of us for allowing it. Was the three masked men supposed to be Kerry, McCain and Obama with their thumbs up? It shows the level of perceived support for what they are doing.

The woman in the noose is Egypt according to the parade organizers. That is what they want us to believe. I guess this is no worse than the parades where marchers held effigies of Bush swinging by a noose. It is hard to know where the line between free speech and hate speech intended to drive people...
