States concerned about federal interference with their State passed legalization laws, which is still a federal offense as federal laws overrides state laws, Eric Holder was sent a message urging him to respect their Marijuana Legalization Laws! Their argument supports the wishes of the people who voted in favor for Public Marijuana Legalization! Even though federal laws supersedes over state laws...the people have spoken and the federal government works for the people!!! There are additional States in the process of doing the same and letting voters make the decision on marijuana legalization.

The claims that marijuana causes others to try more intensive drugs addictions such as heroin, cocaine, meth, etc., has been proven a false allegation! The fact is, marijuana does cause minors or adults addictions to other drugs...drug pushers and their friends however do! FACT: when drug cartels, dealers, or pushers makes more money by selling stronger drugs then marijuana so they push others to try out more addictive drugs to keep impose more sells of higher priced drugs! FACT: Friends can also be an influence to try out more addictive drugs!

With that being said...Should Obama and Holder respect the wishes of the people who votes in favor for Marijuana Legalization Laws?

Me neither. I'm just saying that due to the nature of Holder's personality and how corrupt he is, that might be the only thing that would work. I was being sarcastic.

this might not be the popular opinion around here but i think the feds should respect the wishes of the states. the fed gov has  already so overstepped its bounds that it is out of control. the drug cartels and probably people like holder are making bucks off illegal drugs anyway & don't pay a dime ...

I know my kids will face pressures to do drugs. I've tried to instill the appreciation of health and self respect in them. I will be there in their heads, when the day comes that someone offers them something whether they take it or not. And I know that no law will protect them from that moment. It ...

Be obsurbent because the worst drug is the ones they make out of home or over the counter products.  But the scariest is the games and dares they play.
