I am keepiing my thoughts about what was or wasn't right and fair in the past history of the United States out of this. What is extremely worrisome is the fact that the EPA a non elected regulatory agency has this kind of power to take away land and give it to anyone they please without any type of authority outside of themselves.

Isn't that a Federal Gov't decision or at least the municipal or State Gov't.? The EPA is not a governing body!

Not supposed to be but is! I wish I could find the research I did on EPA it is in reality an unelected government body. It has been given these powers illegally meaning outside of the constitutional grounds but until someone stops it, it continues on with blessings to do these kinds of things. It is...

I'm very concerned as to how the EPA thinks they have authority over lands that are NOT of Environmental significance?

This congress can barely get out of its own way without tripping over itself. If 2014 doesn't bring us some kind of hope towards getting a grip on EPA and every thing else, I don't know what I think I should do at that point. It is getting worse than scary. It is getting dangerous.
