wondering if this is entirely real or how much it was enhanced - I kind of hate that it's so easy to alter photos - I never know when or if to really wonder in awe at the creator when I see photos that are so intense anymore.

I agree. Though it would take a really good expert to do the misting and light if it were. I basically posted it because I liked the picture, even if it is a "fakie." I can usually tell, but not on this one. We can at least wonder in awe at the creativity of the artist and enjoy the art!
