This week on the "Dr. Duke Show" we're talking about a new bill in California that looks to give public schools the final approval on the creation of any new charter schools nearby and how this impacts homeschool families.
The Texas City school district (in Galveston County - as is the Santa Fe school district) now requires the middle school students and up to have a chipped student ID with them at all times while on school grounds. To not have it means in school suspension.
Oh, that card is way to inconvenient to carry around. Surly in time these kids will not mind instead having that chip implanted somewhere. Right hand or forehead perhaps. :-/
