I generally see the reasoning behind this to be sound and am wondering if anyone has comments pro or con about these choices.

Pretty standard.


For the shotgun, I'd go with the AA-12, although any of the pump varities will provide good overall service.


Prefer the AK platform over the AR for close in rifle work.


Desert Eagle in the 45 cal with a 38 or (the completely under rated) 22 cal as back up.


Long rifle, if I had my druthers, any Weatherby with a 308 cal or larger. For me, the later is just a pipe dream.

Have fired several of these, but only own a Colt .22 Long Rifle, semi-automatic, 9 bullets in the clip and one in the chamber.  Looks like a Luger.  Not a pocket pistol, that's for sure, but I guarantee you the first 300 through the door won't make it.
