Woohoo! Haley Kagimoto, a Punaho Senior and Colby Benson A Millilani Senior, wrote a song for the people in their family and anyone who has had problems with substance abuse that won the MusiCares Teens! Make Music Contest. The prize is a trip to be backstage at the 55th annual GRAMMY Awards Backstage Experience, a backstage tour that occurs while artists rehearse for last month's awards show. They also won iPads, an opportunity to release a record with Iron Ridge Road Recordings and a small cash award. They will have their entries posted on the GRAMMY365 website, MTV Act blog and Above the Influence campaign website.

Congratulations to our ohana girls, Haley and Colby! Ono Job!

I just watched this out in the video section and didn't know what I was seeing. Good for them. These two likely have a bright future now that they have figured out why drugs are not the path to happiness.
