Follow the money: Hutson funding PACs, Funding PACs, to influence elections. Contribution Timeline

In this article, I will show just a few examples of how Hutson money may be influencing members of our government through a complex scheme of Political Action Committees (PACs) that eventually gave multiple contribution to Hutson and other favored candidates that appear the exceed to $1000 limit.

On August 23 2022, we will decide if our beautiful county remains ours of becomes a suburb of Jacksonville.

The most important election is between our current Senator Travis Hutson and the challenger Gerry James. Travis Hutson is part of the mega-development company The Hudson Companies. The Hutson's have moved from Jacksonville to St John's County and have used its wealth to take over out local government.

It is also important to remove the two incumbent county commissioners that appear to be doing the bidding of the Hutson's. Jeremiah Blocker and Sarah Arnold approved the expansion of The Hutson companies Silverleaf DRI development by 2,300 acres of lands to the development, and 5,600 more dwelling units.

The major problem with the Silverleaf development is that it will be, and always will be, a burden on the taxpayers of St John County. The reason this is a problem is that the Hutson's are getting a dollar-for-dollar impact fee credits for CR2209 (St John's Parkway). Credits that are being used not to relive future impacts but to create it. Our county commissioners are giving Hutson over $74,000,000 in impact fee credits for Hutson to build The St John's Parkway and the SilverLeaf parkway, which are basally private Silverleaf roads

Hutson gets his parkways and the people of our county will be on the hook to maintain those SilverLeaf roads forever.

It may be too late to stop Silverleaf but the County and the Hutson's have plans to continue CR2209 all the way south to CT204 near Flagler Estates.

The Hutson family through its various corporate entities has been funding Several Political Action C Committees (PACS) that have in turn funded candidates and other PACS who in turn funded candidates, which appears to be clear case of skirting the campaign finance limits in Florida.

The SUNSHINE STATE CONSERVATIVES PACS that was  funded by The Hutson Companies directly or indirectly funded the majority of these PACS
