I recently wrote about my fears resulting from being diagnosed with narrow angle glaucoma. When one seriously considers the prospects of blindness, wondering how well things will be remembered has to run through the mind. I don't want to remember my house and office messy and if, God forbid, I were to lose my vision, I will need to know fairly well where everything is.
I'm a Virgo and normally the slightest thing out of place really disturbs my peace and peace of mind. I don't exactly know how I got here to find that the little clutter piles have added up to one big mess throughout the house. I do know that I had WAY too much help with that ongoing project.
Add to that, Spring has finally sprung.
Put them together and you get Cleaning, De-cluttering and Reorganizing with a new found motivation to prepare to move on. I am actually very much enjoying getting rid of "stuff," and finding better locations for things. There have been serveral changes in circumstances since the last time I took re-organizing to task and it will be great to have my surroundings reflect those changes for time saving convenience. The cleaning part is not my favorite but I love the results.
One way or the other we go forward. From here on out I'll try not to leave a mess behind as I move in that direction!
Can this be counted as a belated New Year's Resolution since I didn't have any others?

So oh please, can you tell me about your experiences with the surgery? Was it painful? How long did it last? Was it expensive? ha...
