Last week about wore me out! There is so much to learn and it seems like every one expects me to already know things I haven't been taught yet. There is a click of other managers who seem to want to make my life miserable who are the worse at asking me things or to do things they ought to know that I don't know how to do yet!
The people I used to work with with only one exception are treating me like I have the plague. lol
I worked more hours than expected because I am trying to learn as much as I can as quickly as I can and when I added up what I make for the hours I worked it is barely over what I was making before per hour with a whole lot more headaches.
Hopefully this week will be easier! And I'll not have to feel the need to stay longer to get things done.
It is going to be an exciting job when I get it down. And I hope I do soon! Because this learning curve is a knock out! lol
I"ve already found at least one thing that can be changed to save the company money and I will get a percent of the annual savings if they implement it! Here is hoping for that!
I still have jitters thinking about what tomorrow will bring but not as bad as last week.
