The sad event at Sandy Hook Elementary became the crisis that was not let go to waste. It happened prior to the 2012 election, but the opportunistic reaction was conveniently held until after the left reinstalled their leader, the White House Resident, - Obama.

Much has been debated about "gun control" while our debt skyrockets, the economy stalls, and confidence in the future dwindles. It has been a dangerous roller coaster ride of distraction that has already resulted in law abiding citizens in some areas of the nation losing rights. We are drawn into the drama in the same way we would be drawn into someone setting our house on fire at a time when we were already struggling against cancer. We don't want to have to stop just trying to survive to save what is ours but at the same time we must. I deeply resent this attack on freedom and especially right now when we need all of the energy that we have as a nation to recover and improve our hope for the future.

In this spirit, I stopped what I was doing to pull my life together this evening, and took the time to look around at the day's #guncontrol, headlines and I've attached several of the articles below.

One of the more telling pieces about what is really going on here, describes a bill in session in Olympia. About it, the article says: "One of the major gun-control efforts in Olympia this session calls for the sheriff to inspect the homes of assault-weapon owners. Forget police drones flying over your house. How about police coming inside, once a year, to have a look around? As Orwellian as that sounds, it isn’t hypothetical. The notion of police home inspections was introduced in a bill last week in Olympia."

It is important to note that the article was describing a provision that has since been removed from the bill. But we still need to pay attention to the introduction of this idea in the first draft and what it tells us about the end goals and how far they are willing to go to achieve them. The provision put Americans in a place of being subjected to home searches just to retain a right that we already have. I don't think this needs a lot of commentary because the dangers can't be ignored or denied, but maybe it will help to mention why we should still be worried about this bill and especially the offending provision that was previously introduced.

It reflects the amount of intrusion and control lawmakers think their agents should have in our lives even if we have no history of crime. And, if lawmakers following an agenda in Olympia can think of this attack on our personal sovereignty as being okay, lawmakers in your area may too. There is little in politics that arises independently of a master plan. I learned this when I fought a county ordinance that went on to pass and then as a precedent was used to enforce the same or similar ordinances in over fourteen counties state wide. But it didn't stop there. The group pushing it introduced and successfully got it passed from county to county nationwide. This is how it works. When there is a constitutional dispute the cancer of excessive government regulation grows from node to node whether local or state wide, until finally the entire country is subjected to multiple steps away from our rights and in this case to defend ourselves.

I am going to stop here and post the articles I looked at that made me go hmmm. I hope you will read them to look through the lines and into the agendas and intents they reveal. Ask your self every step of the way, "What is really going on here?" Is it really about gun control or control of Americans in general? All of our futures depend on US being able to ponder deeply and critically about this subject. We each need to think for ourselves in spite of the barrage of media propaganda and after drawing a proper and informed conclusion, we must be willing to stand together on the side of freedom. The direction of this train wreck is currently headed away from it

Truly, what happens next is up to us. Pay attention, make calls to your representatives where ever you see the attack coming from and become active in protecting your rights which will go a long way to protecting all of our rights. With any luck, together we can put out this fire and still have enough energy left to control the cancer.

Very revealing links..... I heard someone say they didn't trust themselves with a gun so guns should be against the law. Think about that. It directly represents the stupidity we are dealing with in the public. She is the kind of person who can't see past the nose on her own face. Guess who she vote...
