James Robert Clapper Jr. (born March 14, 1941) is a retired lieutenant general in the United States Air Force. It would appear that all these wipers are associated with the USAF, and that makes me want to deny I was part of it! These people are goofs, effing idiots and they rose to the rank of lieutenant general... How can you even justify any of this BS? These wipers need to be stripped of their retirements and sentenced to death by lethal injection... Not one injection, three with video coverage! It must be agonizing!
