President Trump gave a great "State of the Union" speech and I applauded him for it. It was such a speech I overlooked the facts that seemed to have betrayed his supporters on immigration and amnesty, that he created a new entitlement program and doubled down on Obama's Stimulus package.

I never thought Trump was conservative, However, I really thought he loved this country, if only because he was so successful here. So I will ask all you supporters of Donald Trump, to ask him to stop pushing for amnesty and citizenship for the illegal alien by codifying Obama's' unconstitutional DACA program? Only one Senator, Ted Cruse, voted against bringing the DACA bill forward. If you stay silent, Obama's illegal DACA will become only the second major  "accomplishment" of his Presidency.

Trump and the Republicans could do nothing about DACA and it would expire on its own in a few weeks. Now it is accepted that our Republican majority will grant not only legal status by a path to citizenship as our opening position negotiating with Democrats. But it gets worse, unlike the Goodlatt bill passed by the House, Trumps DACA program creates a whole new class of un-deportable illegal aliens. Trump is offering the same free ride, not only to current recipients but to anyone who is "DACA eligible". When the definition of "DACA eligible" expands, which is happening right now, any illegal can claim they are their eligible and ICE will have to prove a negative. 

Even if this is some kind of 4d Chess, Trump is playing to get Democrats to prove their hypocrisy. it is too dangerous a game, It is more like a game of Russia roulette and Trump gave the Democrats the gun. The Democrats will take Trump's amnesty put it in their pocket and turn around and  Trump a racist anyway, Trump needs you to make your voices heard to allow him to back off going against everything said he believes Your voice is needed if only to give Trump a reason to do the right thing.

This is not about Trump or anybody else; this is a nation conceived in liberty remaining dedicated to that principle.

You really have to understand this and stop it!

The problem isnt so much the actual details of what Stephen Miller laid out on the call. It’s where it’s coming from and where is headed. They made it clear they consider Dem “of no fault” a broader imperative and will move deadline. Thus,Dems have no pressure to concede anything

From Art of the Deal: ” “The worst thing you can possibly do in a deal is seem desperate to make it. That makes the other guy smell blood, and then you’re dead.”
This is the central issue here more than any specific policy

CBO scored a similar bill to Trump’s amnesty as costing $26 billion in welfare payments. Which is a lowball score. Why should taxpayers shoulder this yet again? Make tax cuts permanent, don’t do amnesty.

Let’s all agree that once you feel such a pressure to legalize those who are totally illegal, there is no way they will revoke if they dont get a job, take welfare, or dont learn English once they already are legal. So this business of “only the qualified” is nonsense.

That’s the big difference between Trump and the original DACA. Those were very defined and limited to those who got status. This will create an open-ended legal and political entitlement.
