I was speaking of heroin and ones like that...not alcohol.....

Alcohol only is a problem in North America...Germany doesn't have half the alcoholics, nor do they have the problems or chaos.... Probably due to the fact that going to the tavern is a family affair and they eat while drinking....they don'...

The problem is the way the criminals are being handled. If you are the drug dealer...you can get a suspended sentence if you can give names of others! You are allowed to go free...
