I've watched assorted conspiracy theories circulate and am suspicious of these activities. However a friend of mine who was in the Natl Guard has not sent me anything to be concerned about on this and normally if there is something he thinks I would be interested in, he will pass on information. As always, I was looking for all angles of this situation being reported and the two attached articles make the case that all of the hype is driven by unfounded fear mongering. They aim to offer the matter of facts regarding the exercises. Of course, this is what would be put out if the conspiracies were true as well, so how do we ever know what to believe? I'll take the silence of my friend on the topic as a good sign FOR NOW.
I pass these on for your consideration and information. I'm not suggesting what we should believe at this point one way or the other but just to keep an open mind.
