Excerpts: Though the IRS claimed that the emails that could possibly link Lerner to an orchestrated effort to suppress political dissent in the months prior to the 2012 elections were on a hard drive that inexplicably went “missing,” diligent efforts by outside investigators have located the emails.
They have located roughly 80,000 emails, but of those, only 16,000 are unique emails with the rest being duplicate emails.
On Fox News’ “America’s Newsroom,” Sen. Johnson promised that “a number of committees“ will be spending months to sort through the emails to “piece together this plot.”
