Just found this, relates to Major General Albert Stubblebine, USAA, ret.

"It (TRV) is a very systematic, very controlled method of accessing information that is not normally available by any other source... It is independent of time.. I can go present, I can go future. It is independent of location, so I can go anywhere on this earth, I can go into any closet, I can go into any mind..It is independent of space, therefore, I can access that information any place on the planet or off of it if I choose."

Major General Albert Stubblebine, former PSI TECH Chairman Of The Board and commanding officer of the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM)

I think it depends on your friend's motives and who is teaching him or otherwise how he is finding his way to this. I'll add him to my prayers for protection.

"Hero" is probably too strong a term, but I did like him. Fellow "Oathkeeper".

The new age agenda, from the perspective of those who are using it, as opposed to the wackos who believe in it, is to stop people from acting for believing they only have to think they ...

he is now married to Dr. Rima Laibow; I am not certain about their motives; not sure if they are spewing "controlled opposition"
