Obama To Violate Anti Terrorist Law to Arm Al-Qaeda
The first thing is that Obama cannot give weapons to the Syrian rebels without getting congressional approval 15 days before the weapons are delivered, This according to the section 40(g) or the Arms Control Export Act.
However, we keep hearing that the CIA is already arming the Syrian rebels. so apparently, Obama wants the bigger weapons to the terrorist groups that are now running the resistance? Is he really thinking that it is a good idea to give antiaircraft weapons to al Al-Qaeda i?
If he does he should have a few restriction that need to be put into law.
- He must forst get congressional approval for the money to procure the weapons, even if they have the weapons already in stock. Than we must have exact counts and inventory including model numbers, serial numbers of all weapons, weapon components, and a full account of the amount, brand, type, and lot number of any ammunition, equipment, or gear, given or loaned to the Syrian rebels.
- The money must be accounted for under the pay-as-you-go law. In addition since we are technically unable to borrow any money. Funds for these weapons must already be in the form of cash or cash equivalents.
- All individuals receiving weapons must submit and pass a lie detector test, administered by a non-government professional to ascertain that they have not, or will not be used against anyone other than a uniformed Syrian Government official. Furthermore, Anyone using American tax funded weapons to dismember a Syrian soldier or any other person of the human race, and eating their internal or external organs, will not be permitted to receive additional ammunition or a weapon of any type.
- We need a complete accounting of everyone issues a weapon, their affiliation, their fingerprint, as well as a complete CIA and Interpol background check on them. We also want a full dossier on the groups we are arming as well as their affiliations. Those records will be sent to both houses of the congress, The CIA, the FBI, The DHS as well as an independent firm that will authorized to release them, when and if there is a terrorist attack in the U.S. or the Syrian conflict is over. More over when the Syrian conflict is over either politically or militarily, the full inventory with all identifications will be sent to every law enforcement agency in the United States and will be posted on the official’s federal government website for mot less than 4 years.
- If any of these weapons are used to attack or kill any American anywhere in the world than a congressional investigation will be mandatory. If negligence by anyone in a decision making capacity is made distributing the weapons they will be held criminally responsible. In addition anyone in any department may refuse, without repercussion, to promote, facilitate or sanction any transfer of weapons to any one not in active service of the uniformed military service or the president of the United States.
