And his speech goes far beyond just UFOs into the Cabal comprised of Council of Foreign Relations, Builderbergers, Trilateral Commission, International Banking Cartel, Oil Cartel, Intelligence Organizations and Select Members of Military who together have become the shadow government not only of the USA but also of much of the Western World. The aim of the game is a world government comprising members of the Cabal. He mentions the various species and says at least two aliens are working with the US government! This isn't some crack pot - we are listening to the Canadian Minister of Defense!
He ends this segment by saying we must learn to become spiritual beings and practice the one tenant that all religions have in common, that is, the golden rule.
