I love geography and maps and this was very interesting. Thanks for sharing. Also, I think most Americans think like me re Canada. I see Canada as only the part directly above the US. But it's BIG!!! There's so much more of it than we think.

I don't understand why it isn't right on globes. Shouldn't they be able to size the areas correctly on there? Africa was the BIG surprise to me.
