Hold yer horses. Reagan's vision and the current actualization of it are two different things. Capitalism is all about free market growth. The BS we see today in NAFTA is different.

The subsequent administration of Bush and Clinton as well as some Reagan appointees made the cost of doing business too high for companies to stay in the U.S. I know that is why the last American TV company, Zenith, moved their manufacturing plant to Mexico.
It just goes to show ya, Having a bill lay around Washington for any length of time, is like having a attractive, blond, Christian, virgin woman, walking through an ISIS training camp. She is going to get messed with and look a whole lot different when she comes out.
