Chicken apple sausage

ohh I haven't even thought of that in years - how do you make it ? is it fried or served with something traditionally?

I eat them plain, microwaved lol. I hate KP. I want to try them chopped up with rice served as a dish. I recently discovered Dr. Pepper flavored style baked beans and want to add that, too...or as a separate side.
