I have NOT seen this, but I've seen it on lesser slopes and it's ingenious. It proves that when you want to live, you find ways to make it work. Which is something liberals know nothing about.

I tried to guess where this was before looking at your title - I wrongly guessed peru - because up on some of their moutnainous ruins of civilization there are teirs like this too - although I am not positive they farmed it - but now that I am thinking about it - why wouldn't they have been? Really ...
