There's not much that can be done. I was put on Reglan and Erthromicyn but the side effects made me sicker than I am. That sounds so uncomfortable.
Western medicine rarely admitts the connectivity of issues throughout the body.
I have probably suggested it before but all I can think of is if it happened to me I would go to an accupuncturist and a Chinese herbalist.

The doctor put me on a compound called Domperidone not long ago. It's not FDA approved but it helps a bit.

I would ask for PCE-333 (Parenterally Coated Erythromycin). The regular E-mycin tears my stomach up. PCE breaks down in your gut, not your tum.
