The night before I left HI, a friend of mine introduced me to body rolling. It was frankly one of the most extraordinary things I've ever done for a healthy healing technique. I am really going to try to write an article about my experiences soon. In the mean time this is a heads up for ANYONE with any physical challenges, stiffness, soreness, scar tissue and etc. In fact, I can't imagine who this wouldn't help!
