Pumpkin Pancakes

This recipe looks like it has the same ingredients that I use. I made them for breakfast this morning with my last jar of last year's canned pumpkin. I try to use every thing I make or give it away before I start a new batch. I thought of this group while I was enjoying them.  I don't write things down when I cook or follow recipes, by now I am able to guess at it or as my grandmother used to say, I guestimate.  I hope these turn out tasting as good as mine do.

These look delicious! My mom and I look for ways to cook our pumpkin after we have the fall festival at church and every one gets a pumpkin. I'm going to see if I can get her to make me some.
