It may be that this is exactly what they want to happen. It sure looks like it is being pushed to the absolute limit of what people will take when it comes to taking away rights to self defense.

Don't hate me.........but I'm for limited care for the elderly. However, I'm talking about extraordinary means of keeping someone alive. I wear a DNR tag and if anybody tries to blow air into my mouth I'll bite their tongue off!! ; }

There is a very fine line on that issue.  If I die, I don't want to be resuccitated, but I would like to know that if I suffer a broken hip at age 80 that they would spend the money to fix it rather than let me rot in a hospital unable to move because they were too cheap to fix it.  Because that is ...

Geriatric health care is a tough issue.  I have vowed that I will never enter a hospital  from this point on no matter what's wrong.  And after hearing about the new super bug, CRE, I think I'm making a wise decision.

Realistically, nothing would happen. A few fanatics would end up getting themselves killed but that would be all. If people don't get riled up about their government taking a turn toward socialism with a dictator at the helm, then they're not going to do anything about the Second Amendment.

In my neighborhood, it isn't going to happen that people are going to give up their protection. For many it would be like a death sentence. Why don't they understand, this whole gun charade is punishing the innocent.
