Too Yummy Not To Cook?

I was VERY close to talking myself out of doing Thanksgiving dinner this year. It's such a big project for a small galley but mostly because cooking hurts my back. It requires at some point either using a flexible back brace, beer, wine, pain pills or some of all of the above to get through it.

But I just now came across this left-overs dinner plate picture I made last year.

For several decades, my menu is always the same:

Steamed Broccoli with Home Made Cheese Sauce,

Fresh Green Bean Almondine Mushroom and Onion Casserole,

Home Made Southern Style Sweet Potato Casserole with nuts, pineapple, raisins, brown sugar and spices,

Fresh Mashed potatoes with a giant lump of butter.

Turkey with Home Made Giblet Gravy,

Home Made Cornbread Almond Wine Stuffing with onions, celery, green herbs and spices, also covered with gravy,

Cranberry Sauce (I had berries too but I like the gel as well)

Southern style Deviled Eggs with sweet pickles, onions, green herbs, mayonnaise, mustard, sugar and spices.

Crescent Rolls,

Pumpkin and Apple pies.

No where else on the planet can I get a dinner this good made exactly the way I LOVE it.

Now I'm thinking, maybe ..... I should just be thankful I am still able to make dinner, pain and all, and JUST DO IT.

I would LOVE some help though! Otherwise, it's a three day project.
