Why is it that We the People always seem to look on the dark side when the leftist lunatics start their nattering about repealing the Second Amendment? In the spirit of “reaching across the aisle,” I, a right-winger from the get-go, propose a compromise: Repeal and replace the Second Amendment with UNIVERSAL OPEN CARRY, NATIONWIDE! Implementation would make crime obsolete and forever put an end to mass shootings!
