MY TAKE: This is absolutely inexcusable! But it certainly is not the first time “The world’s premier law enforcement agency” has conveniently “lost” critically important documents or evidence, or even blatantly ignored or misrepresented material facts. The agency’s abysmal incompetence has been on display for decades and provided much of the subject matter for Jayna Davis’ most important book, The Third Terrorist (The Middle East Connection to the Oklahoma City Bombing).
